I’ve been in the executive search business since 2011. I’m a seasoned expert in recruiting for the technology, biotechnology, media, entertainment, and hospitality industries. My expertise was shaped by my early career in luxury hotel and resort recruitment, which provided me with a strong foundation in human resources, business strategy, and practical methods to attract and retain best-in-class talent at every level. My forte is crafting customized recruiting strategies that help my clients stand out in the competitive world of talent acquisition.

I co-founded VivaHire with another Forbes.jobs recruiter, Mike Tognotti, in 2016. We have a team of three full-time recruiters who serve clients nationwide in filling operations, sales, finance, and complex technical and C-Level roles. I serve on the Board of Directors for Santa Barbara’s Ventech Emerging Ventures & Technology Forum, and I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law & Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara. I live in beautiful Ventura, CA. Outside of work, I love trail running, practicing yoga, spending time with friends, and traveling to explore new destinations with my family.
