Brooke is a managing partner at HRSE, a retained, boutique, women-owned, and led search firm focused on recruiting top talent across people, talent, and culture. Together, she and Janet Traynor, founding partner, help founders, CEOs, CHROs, and executives find the people leaders that drive their talent strategies forward—with a specialty placement focus on directors through C-level roles.
Building on Brooke’s time spent working for Fortune 500 finance & investment banking companies like JP Morgan, Lehman Brothers, and Barclays, she has followed her passions to develop a successful, 14+ year career in the retained search space—with nine of those years being solely dedicated to people, talent, and culture searches.
Starting her retained recruiting path in the investment banking and hedge fund sectors, Brooke has since brought her strengths and passions to HR Search Experts and the challenging—yet incredibly rewarding–terrain of startup and technology talent.
In her role as partner and executive recruiter for HRSE, Brooke helps startups find their “great unlock” by investing in the people, talent, and culture that drive growth. Working with both clients and candidates and drawing on her natural affinities for communication, solving complex problems, and relationship-building, Brooke’s entrepreneurial appetite and keen business acumen allow her to drive talent results for some of the most innovative companies in the world.
Outside her role at HRSE, Brooke loves taking her young children out in nature to explore and ski in the mountains surrounding her home city of Park City, Utah.
