As a seasoned recruiter with over 18 years of experience in both agency and in-house recruitment, I bring a wealth of expertise and insights to the table. My firm specializes in partnering directly with clients to find the best talent for their Go-to-Market teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Post-Sales.
Having started my career as a Business Development Manager at Remedy Intelligent Staffing, I quickly gained valuable experience in the recruitment industry. To further expand my skill set, I joined KForce Technology Staffing where I focused on the tech industry, acquiring in-depth knowledge of its unique dynamics.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working as an in-house recruiter for several high-growth companies, including Clearwire, PayScale, and Apptio. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges faced by early-stage and high-growth companies in scaling their business operations, especially when they do not have a dedicated recruitment team.
While many of my clients are headquartered in Seattle and the Bay Area, I have the expertise and resources to work with companies across the United States. Furthermore, I understand the growing trend of remote work and have successfully placed candidates in roles that support remote working arrangements.
My recruitment approach is targeted and meticulous. I invest a significant amount of time in sourcing and vetting candidates, ensuring that my clients receive only the best submittals.
