Tauna has always been a natural dot connector and after several years of leading recruiting as well as social impact at adidas, she developed her own purpose-driven recruiting firm for a kinder, cleaner, and more connected world. Her goal is to partner with mission-driven companies to identify purpose-driven talent, and she encourages all candidates to explore their “purpose” to find what is most meaningful. When not working to achieve these goals, she is raising her 3.5 year old daughter and traveling the world together whenever possible.
